The Origin of ‘Cosmotec Group’ goes back to 1950, when Egidio Mosconi builds his own artisan enterprise in Prevalle in the Province of Brescia.
In 1991 its range is extended in all the sectors of the building trade: industrial, commercial and civilian.

Through the years the enterprise has pointed its own philosophy towards the building of high-level real estates.

Aimed at the newest building technologies and at the utilisation of the most progressive materials in step with the European trend, it has been dedicating its attentions for a long time at the biotechnologies granting its building healthiness and safety for the wellbeing and the life quality of the people inhabiting them.

In 2002 with the setting-up of ‘Cosmotec Service srl’ it is able to offer the whole range of building services that in promoting, managing and coordinating at first hand research activity, developing, promotion, building, selling, and location of all the real estate turned into residential, commercial, directional, hotel and productive use.
